I recently stayed at the Exclusive 3 Bedroom Caravan at Parkdean Newquay Holiday Park and had a fantastic time. Our family of four stayed for a week and found the caravan to be modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It had all the utensils for cooking and BBQ, as well as towels, tea towels, and toilet rolls. The caravan was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to the show house, shop, and outdoor swimming pool. The park also had new EV charge points, which we couldn't use yet but were a great addition. The caravan also had Netflix, which was a bonus, and the WiFi was reliable, which was essential with our kids. the caravan and the facilities provided a fantastic experience.

As a family traveling with kids, having WiFi was a must, and we were pleased to find that the caravan provided this, along with the option to sign into Netflix. The en-suite toilet to the main bedroom was a great feature, and the shower was excellent. The facilities in the caravan were modern and well-maintained, and having all the necessary utensils, towels, and toilet rolls provided made our stay very comfortable. The location of the caravan was convenient, being close to the on-site pool, show house, shop, and outdoor swimming pool. The easy check-in process and key safe access were also appreciated.

Nice modern Caravan, great facilities and having en-suite toilet to the main bedroom. The shower was great and it was a bonus to be able to sign into Netflix and have WiFi, especially with kids. Close proximity to the on-site pool was a plus.

It would have been perfect if there was a decking area, and there were some minor cleanliness issues that weren't addressed properly. a good experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved upon.
